Q: How do I share Multi User YearBookAlive projectwith other people?
A:

Q: I have uploaded pictures and/or videos from a CD/DVD directly to the Template.
Why do they not show when I opened the Template the next day?
A:
You need to upload the pictures to a file or folder on your computer first.
Then upload them from your computer file/folder to the template.

Q: I have created galleries in all the sections (Grades, Events and Staff). How
come I cannot see the galleries when I go to the Preview section?
A:
Once you have created the galleries you have to upload pictures/video to all
the galleries you created in order for them to show in the preview. If the
first Gallery you create has no pictures in it none of the galleries will show
in the preview.

Q: I cannot install the Template. What should I do?
A:
It’s important, you need to know if you have sufficient privileges and user
rights to install Template on your computer. This is the most common cause of
installation problems. If this is not the problem try downloading the Template
again. Make sure that you delete the current setup file before starting the new
download.

Q: How many times can I install the Template?
A:
The Template can be installed on various computers in the same site ie. school,
club, etc.

Q: I cannot activate the Template. What do I do?
A:
Make sure that you are using the correct product key (case sensitive, you must
use capitols) and that the Template has not been previously installed and
activated.

Q: Can I burn a CD/DVD before I finish my yearbook project to see what it will
look like?
A:
No. If you burn a CD/DVD before you have completed your project, you will not
be able to go back and add more pictures or video. The best way to view your
yearbook as you build it is to go to the Preview section of the Template.

Q: Will my project files be deleted if I uninstall the Template?
A:
No. Your project files are not deleted when you uninstall the Template. If you
wish to remove your project files you will need to go into the YearBookTemplate
folder and delete them manually.

Q: Can I install the Template on a Mac?
A:
* Mac OSX - YearBookTemplate will only work on an Intel based Mac's using
Microsoft Windows with either "BootCamp" or "Parrallels".

Q: I am having difficulty downloading the Template. What should I do?
A:
Most download problems are associated with local security settings on your
computer or network. The YearBooktemplate is distributed as an executable file
(.exe) which can be blocked by some firewalls. We suggest that you check your
settings and/or contact your local administrator. Additionally, try downloading
the Template on another computer

Q: When downloading the Template should I “RUN” or “SAVE” the file?
A:
Always “SAVE” the file to your hard drive. Never “RUN” the file. Problems can
occur if you attempt to “RUN” the installation directly from download.
Additionally, we strongly recommend that you backup your downloaded Template to
either CD, Flash Drive our other storage device.

Q: What should I do if my download is corrupted or shows an error?
A:
Delete the copy that you have currently saved on your computer and begin
downloading again.

Q: Can I make a backup copy of the Template?
A:
Yes. We strongly recommend that you make a backup copy of the Template. You
should only have to download the Template once. From that point on you can
access the Template from your backup copy.

Q: Can I purchase YearBookTemplate over the phone, by check, money order or
bank deposit?
A:
Yes. All sales are processed in a variety of ways to suit your needs.

Q: Are my credit card details safe?
A:
Yes. Pay Pal processes your payment directly using secure, encrypted data
transfer methods. Pay Pal is one of the largest and most respected E-Commerce
providers in the Template industry.

Q: What will happen after I have made my payment?
A:
When your payment has been processed and verified, you will receive two emails.
The first email will be from Pay Pal. This will contain information about your
purchase. The second email will come from YearBookAlive Customer Support. This
email will contain your activation code, which you can input into the Template
to activate it. If you haven’t downloaded the trail version Template you can do
so after ordering.

Q: Can I activate the free trial version of the YearBookTemplate.
A:
Yes. You do not need to download the Template again.

Q: I didn’t receive my product key. What should I do?
A:
Always use a reliable email address and make sure that you have entered the
correct email address. If you think that you have not received your product key
email after one day of making your purchase, check your bulk mail/spam/junk
folder. This is almost always the cause of the problem. If you have not
received the product key email after 24 hours, contact Customer Support through
either email or phone call.
