Founded in 1999 by Ruthy Navon.

Ruthy’s oldest son who had just lost a dear friend in the Israeli military sparked YearBookAlive. As a tribute to his fallen friend, he wanted to compile photos to present to the mourning family. He quickly realized he only had a single picture from his yearbook.

Ruthy watched her son’s frustration grow while searching for additional photos and realized there’s an opportunity and need. Hence, YearBookAlive was born!

Ruthy and the YearBookAlive team has spent many years perfecting the photo collecting process and software.  The company’s software is used by both students and teachers to easily build rich interactive digital yearbooks. YearBookAlive focuses on creating a variety of ways to capture and share images, videos and sounds.
